I know she did the covers thing on idol, and recently I Told You So by Randy Travis on her Carnival Ride album, what other songs would you like to see her cover? To start off: Predictable by Delta! | Elite Fan | I couldn't find the original on YouTube. Anyway, I looked it up, Randy released it in 1988 so it's not as recent as I thought! I thought it was such a waste for Carrie to record that 'cos I thought it was newer than that, but it's not..its been settled for almost 20 years..it was nice of her to bring it back I guess. Best choice though? Probably not..it's not really anything different to what's on CR and SH even..it's rather ordinary [despite her vocals & ability to tell the story]. I hope, with the next cover she does, that she picks something that she can rework completely. Adding some twangy guitars isn't really anything, is it? Actually, I just listened to the original..she pulled it back even more than Randy's! As for Delta..well, that would be noice. | Elite Fan | I would love to see her do a mini-cover in between a song..like, I remember seeing Beyonce do Crazy In Love, then in the middle break into Crazy by Gnarls Barkley. That would be cool for Carrie to do something like that.
