Us Weekly magazine is reporting the line up which will have pre teens begging mom and dad to let them stay up to see Miley and her pals the Jonas Brothers. It's a pretty big line up for fans.

Us reports: Carrie Underwood, Miley Cyrus, and the Jonas Brothers (Cyrus has been linked to band member Nick Jonas) will perform live from the festivities in Times Square on the show, hosted Dick Clark and Ryan Seacrest.

Fergie, Akon, Natasha Bedingfield and others will beam in from Hollywood. Underwood — who shared her diet secret after being praised for Sexiest New Style by Us Weekly — will start touring with Keith Urban at the end of January.

*The show airs Monday, December 31, 10 (ET) on ABC.
The news of Carrie performing was also confirmed by Ryan Seacrest on the air Thanks Casey for the info.

That is incredible to have two CD's high on the charts at the same time. Or, I think it is anyway.
