 Hello Sara!Pretty good to have a place to complain about the lack of Carrie in Australia....  Nah, it's alright for what it is. The CMAs were on the country music channel yesterday, and her songs get played a lot on there. Plus both albums are available to buy here [I've seen them both in JBHIFI], just not the deluxe edition of CR. |

The country music scene is pretty big here, it's surprising that she actually isn't as well know, to be honest.

Sadly enough, the only way I could see her coming out would be on the back of some super-famous established artist. The only people from idol who've made it here are Kelly Clarkson and [to an extent] Daughtry. Kelly got the whole shebang, it was obvious she was going to be huge here, Daughtry only did teeny little gigs in holes of places, but Carrie doesn't look like the type that would go to dives like that. Brooks and Dunn are coming out next year..wish she would come with them..

^Mmm, yeah. I think it's because Carrie's more country than pop, and more pop singers have made it big here than country singers. I think.

Unless she went the pop/country route. They could easily market her as a pop singer though.
