YEAH! It was almost a last minute thing. I found out he was going to be there from my friend's band's Facebook page (they were going to play before Phillip) and it was only 90 minutes away and $10, so I decided to go!
Both his singing and talking voice are so sexy!  I actually got his album yesterday morning and listened to it on the way! He sang about 6 or 7 songs off the album and even though I had just gotten it, I was able to sing-along to some of them! He ended his set with "Home" and it was so amazing! Including Carrie, he was the 5th Idol winner that I've gotten to see live!  |

It was soo good last year! I think it's been my favourite season to watch.
 (I didn't watch Carrie's btw. ) But yeah, the contestants were soo good. I'm gonna give it a chance next year but I'm not so sure about the judging panel...   Quote:

I didn't watch Carrie's season either!

Oh that's cool about Colton. I didn't know he was touring with Third Day. Yeah I'm glad Ryan hasn't left at least. Keith should be quite cool. It's Nicki Minaj I'm most reluctant about...__________________

Or they should have just not added Nicki and just had Randy, Keith, and Mariah. I don't think a 4th judge was/is necessary. They have 4 judges on The X Factor and The Voice and while I like those shows, sometimes it can just be too much.
 Speaking of Kris Allen, he's coming here in February! I gotta find out when, where, and how much and see if I'll be able to go and that will cross seeing another winner live off my list! |

I am not sure why they picked Nicki either
Must be to try to appeal to the younger crowd or something. Not my taste that is for sure. I know I am over hearing about how she is fighting with Mariah, so sick of it. I am so excited about Keith being a judge though, he will be so amazing Jessica you are so lucky seeing Phillip in concert I love his album so much __________________

Did y'all hear about Kris?
 Him & Katy got in an accident, but they're both OK! And Katy is pregnant! Kris is gonna be a daddy! He'll be hear January 23rd, so I'm gonna try to go. Tickets are cheap and general admission, so it might be worth my while! |

I can't believe the new season starts next week already! So crazy, snuck up on me. Hope we get word on a Carrie appearance on the show soon.
I know she is busy touring but she normally makes time for Idol.__________________
