I think The Night Circus would be a visual feast. But I rather it be a mini-series.
The Secret History would also make a good mini series. __________________

I think all books should be TV series.
Only short stories should be movies. |

I agree about the Night Circus (haven't read the Secret History yet). Although I didn't love the book, I loved the atmosphere and I think it would be absolutely enchanting and so stunning to watch!

Ever come up with your own fan casting? __________________

For some books I do but also try not to get too excited about fan casting because when they cast someone else, I don't want to to be disappointed.
Also, but they time a show/movie is made that actor/actress is too old. |

If you do fancast and then someone else gets the role, do you then picture the person actually cast or the person you wanted during a re-read? Quote:

Which book you reading now and do the character descriptions match actors?
Sometimes I ignore character descriptions and picture actors anyway. __________________

For Shadow of Night I remember getting the descriptions of two characters (just introduced) confused. One was a blonde and the other a red head. And for the whole rest of the series I pictured Gallowglass as a red head, but he's a blonde.
So I too sometimes ignore the descriptions in the books. |
