Shipwrecked With 3 Books

If you were shipwrecked with only 3 books to keep you company forever, what would they be?

Gone with the wind, Roots, and IT by Stephen King. Those are my favorites, and all really long.

Man, that's really hard - I guess those would be:
The green mile by Stephen King, Harry Potter and The five people you meet in heaven. But it would be so hard with only 3 books...

I'd have to have Gone with the Wind and The Lord of the Rings with me... and I think The Bible.

When people name LotR and Harry Potter, are they refering to the first book or the whole series?

If it's the whole series, I'd take the Wheel of Time as one of my three because it's so freaking long.

As for the other two...Summers at Castle Auburn by Sharon Shinn and The Awakening by Kate Chopin

That's true. I forgot about The Wheel of Time Series by Robert Jordan. That's a really good series of books, although I've heard the 8th, 9th, and 10th tend to drag, but hey, stranded on a desert island, who cares, you've got all the time in the world, lol.

Well LOTR is actually 1 book, that is how it was written. As for HP I was just trying to get around it and named in general so I don't know.
