When he talked to her father.. that was sooooooo gorgeous..

But I can understand his point of view to fear the moment America tells him she can't do this.. so he has to look for another option.. but this should change noe in the third book.. now that she'll fight for him.. I hope she'll make it clear to him, so he can concentrate on her...
I guess if the King issue wouldn't be, there wouldn't be much of a contest any longer, rightß

Yeah. They both had insecurities in the book. Would be unrealistic if everything was easy, right? But I liked how in the end, America did make a final decision (and it is, IMO) and she'll make him hers.
