Stress sucks and it's hard to relax when you know stuff has to be done.

I don't think so. Lately I know I probably need to make an appointment to see a doctor for a checkup. I get stressed so easily and can get anxiety bad.

Do you have any de-stressing activities you can try? Like a hot relaxing bath.

Sometimes the smallest things can be helpful, from reading a chapter in a book to eating some chocolate!

For me, with my anxiety anyway, distraction is best, so a movie/tv episode can work.

Distractions help a bit but I just let every little thing get to me and stress over stupid stuff. It's to the point where I go through phrases that it disrupts my life.

Even though it's only 7pm I think I'm going to bed soon. I can barely keep my eyes open. I closed Tue night open Wed closed Thur and opened today. I'm pretty sure I barely got 20 hours of sleep all week.

Maybe try some relaxation techniques. I've heard Yoga helps with stress.

My age is definitely showing. I can no long stay out late and drink and then go to work the next day. I felt like a truck ran me over.

Yeah, that probably happens once we're in our 30's

But I never did that.

I saw Jess got married. And here all this time it felt like they already were married

Yes!

Although up until this last year or so could we really afford a wedding. I want a small one but I do want a wedding venue honeymoon, nothing crazy but still some of the pricey things.

Yeah, well, if planned ahead, you can get good cheap deals on things, and have time to save/pay them off.

Ooh, KMM lived there once. It does look pretty! Florida in general is pretty gorgeous.
