| Passionate Fan   | I love it. I actually saw the movie, the most recent one, before I read the book but I love the book. | Passionate Fan | It's been ages since I've seen the movie version with Shirley Temple but I know I have it around here somewhere. | The book was so great. Burnett did such a good job at describing everything, even the doll's clothing, and just placing us in Sarah's world. I also liked the Shirley Temple movie. | Passionate Fan | I thought the movie had elements that I loved and the book had elements that I loved and sometimes they combined them and worked well in both forms.
