Did you seen any of the miniseries / movies that have come out a couple of years ago. I'm not sure whether it was by BBC or some other channel. But I remember watching Sense and Sensibility, Persuasion, Northanger Abbey, Mansfield Park and Emma. I thought those were pretty good and they stayed true to the book mostly. Maybe I can find trailers

Wow, sounds interesting! I'll have to check into those. I think the mini-series for books like these are usually better than the regular films. They just have more time to tell and flesh out the stories.
