Physical books, I'd have to count them. But its about 4 bookcases worth

I can not give you an exact count but have two floor to ceiling double bay book shelves in my den that are filled. We have my wife's cooking books, antique resource books, IT technology resource books, and all my Roleplaying resource books.

We try to keep them all dusted and placed on the shelves standing upright. I do not like the look of flat stacking books on top of filled shelves. We have gotten to the point where we are selective in adding to many more books as we have all but run out of space. We have a single remaining book case that has a front glass door on it that we still can put a couple of extra books in, but we are selective in adding more books.

I think there must be about 500... just got rid of quite a lot of books that were just taking up space... also if I know I will definitely not read them again, I'd rather sell them or give them away

I'm curious about how many books everyone has.

I own about 165 psychical books, excluding old children's books and cook books. I go to the library A LOT I had to get rid of quite a few books before moving to my apartment. I would really like to expand my collection, but my bookcase is filled to the brim. My roommate is moving out soon though, which make space for a new bookcase

hmmm, I have to break them up into categories.

In my library I have somewhere between 30-50 physical books. Because I only buy books if I really, really, really love them.

But then I have a stack of more than 100 physical books under my desk (not read yet) that I either got from Cons or my old company's kitchen (they had books lying around that anyone could take). Most of them are ARCs, I think. And if I don't like them, I will give them away. If I do like them, they will be transferred to my library.

I feel guilty because I kinda hope I don't like them because there's not a whole lot of room in the library for more books.

Oh I know that feeling. I have quite a few unread books and I hope that I don't really care for some of them, so I can make some room for new books or for books that I borrowed from the library and loved and now want to own.

I think I will give away the book I am currently reading that came from under my desk. It's about the history of witch hunting and it's good but not like I love love love it (so far).

Probably around 125 physical books.

200-something audiobooks.

Maybe I will count them someday.
