I can see both sides of the argument. If this was real life, majority of couples like that would head towards divorce. But if you honestly love each other and want to make it work you will.

That's retarded, Ron/Hermione was a different, but stronger choice. Harry/Hermione would've been forced, uninspired, and plainly boring.

I really haven't been impressed with Rowling post-HP and really beyond the fourth book, the HP books went downhill too.

Yeah, they were. Although I think Hermione had a really unhealthy attachment to Harry in that she would just shut off and let him do what ever he wanted compared to Ron. She always babied him.

I think the most interesting part about it is how it compares the new generation to the mauraders. Harry as James, Ron as Sirius, Hermione as Remus, and Ginny as Lily, and then the interesting piece of the puzzle is of course the Neville/Peter Pettigrew connection as detail in the article. My boyfriend pointed out Hermione when drank the polyjuice potion she turned catish (Remus is a werewolf, slight connection) and Hermione was the first one to learn about Remus. And he also pointed out Sirius had a flying motorcycle and Ron had a flying car. Just thought it was interesting.

I don't see what the issue is, to me I thought Harry and Hermoine should of been together, but did they nope... so just because JK voiced doesn't changed what she actually wrote..

I am just happy she actually acknowledge that something more could of happened between the two of them
