I was so busy due to dance team stuff, but thats finally over and I am on break!

I am to page 600 in the e book.... I'm still not loving the book....

I felt like Mac sort of came back a bit too quickly? (though well see what happens as it goes on)

I loved seeing the old Dani in Jada but it felt a bit dropped in there to me because in the recent books I didn’t really get any sort of warmth from her at all. In this one she was a lot peppier, saying some of her old phrases… IDK, it felt a bit weird to me.

Finally a Mac/Jericho scene. WTF, it took long enough to get one and it was still too short. Though the Mac/Jericho names were cute. Still want more though.

Yeah. Well there are more than one way to communicate with family when you're not in the same place. But yeah, the weather I think is something you would have to adjust to.

Alex, I felt it was long enough for Mac to come back to herself. It went on longer than I would have liked I think you'll enjoy the 2nd half more.

In terms of Dani, I think bit by bit, she was letting herself feel again. She became to feel safe and that let herself become who she was, and once that crack began to break, it was only a matter of time.

i mean yeah selfishly i didnt want her gone too long i guess but idk, maybe there could have been some sort of time jump to make it at least seem longer.

i just wish we had seem more of "dani" in the previous book, i think the transition would have felt smoother.

I felt like in Feverborn there was hints on Dani returning. Scenes with Mac and Ryodan. There were times she didn't correct them, not to mention the last few scene with Mac at the end of Feverborn, she was def Dani again. It was only this one where she finally let go and let herself feel again, and becoming Dani once more.
