Yeah in the glossary of characters KMM said that one of the group was rumored to be a girl.

Ahh forgot about that. And everyone feels like the rumored means it's true. In the glossary it said it was rumored that two of the 9 were brothers and we learned that to be true. Although it could be a red herring.

Yeah, me neither. I prefer the 9 to be all men, nothing sexist but I like the bond they all have with one another, and I feel with a female.. it would be odd.

Plus, just because one rumored thing was right doesn't mean they all are.

I'm more inclined to believe one of them is a girl just bc I don't think KMM would throw that out there as a rumor if it wasn't true. For the first 4 books we thought they were all men.

Unless its some warrior girl that was killed long ago, and it was the 10 of them, but when Dageus died, he has now filled her spot.

Yeah. I don't. Unless like my theory, the "last girl"/warrior was Jada who was then placed into Dani as a child during those experiments Rowena did, which then might explain her abilities like the 9.

And that goes a little in line with my thinking. I don't think jada is just simply a split personality. I think she's more. She knows stuff that she shouldn't know and would take hundreds of years of research.

Although the abilities doesn't match up. She had those since she was a baby before Ro knew her.

I agree w/ both of you. Jada is more than just a split personality that much I think we can all agree. But I do agree that the girl was a warrior in the past.
