She did a good job of not having huge ones or too many.

I love how much that second half of the Highlanders set up Fever and how those events affect Fever. The guy that had trapped Cian in the silver was mentioned in DF. That his estate had went up but what Barrons was looking for was already gone. Which I assume he was looking for the mirror.

Yeah. Not to mention the mirror being one of the hallows, which are a big thing in the fever series. It was very clever to put these things in the last books and then then the fever series extends that. But only those who have read both series would get these connections.

I love how both series connects. They are separate but in the same world. __________________

I'm halfway through Dreamfever. I was off for the last 2 days and did nothing but lay in bed reading.
I pretty much have 2 weeks to read 5 1/2 books. I think I can manage that. I didn't think I'll fly through the books like I have. __________________

Yeah, that's the thing about these books. Once you start, it's hard to stop.

I think I might start Shadowfever tonight. Also I tend to read books faster on the kindle and also when they are re reads. Re reads I tend to skim and skip over stuff that I know isn't necessary important to the plot. __________________

Yeah, I have been doing that too. Since we already know the useless details not important, its easy to skip over them.

Finished Shadowfever.
I forgot how emotional the book is. And what a roller coaster. Especially all the Mac and Barrons stuff we got. __________________

It really was.
I read High Voltage within 24 hrs. I loved it. But it is definitely more of a romance book than she has done in quite a while, so the plot was more on the side, with the romance taking focus. I didn't mind one bit! There was some twists and shocks I didn't see coming. And it makes you view the last few books in a new light. |

Almost done with Feversong. I forgot that I didn't really enjoy the first part of the book.
Or how how especially in this one we get to see more of Barrons romantic size with Mac. __________________

Yes. I might wait till next week. Since I have a bunch of stuff I should do on my day off. I'm off next weekend but it's my sister's bachelorette party Saturday night and her bridal shower Sunday.
