01, <b>Twilight/New Moon</b> by Stephenie Meyer (I know it's technically 2 books, but they are a series!)
02, <b>Lost Souls</b> by Poppy Z. Brite (I read this in high school and I love it. Even though she doesn't qualify it as her best work.)
03, <b>Cat's Cradle</b> by Kurt Vonnegut (Man's a genius, what can I say?)

Picking just three is so hard! I have to say, I usually qualify "favorites" by whether I keep them or not. Other books that I love:

<b>Blue Bloods</b> by Melissa De La Cruz (a fantastic vampire series for YAs)
<b>Good Girls</b> by Laura Ruby

...but those are just the ones I have sitting on my desk always taunting me to read them again. *Grin.*

only 3? well thats too hard.
Im gonna put the Harry Potter series aside and choose from other books but HP3 is my most favourite.
