My Nook is acting up again. It's only charging if it's off. And I feel like it's taking forever for it to charge.

Not to mention a while ago it wouldn't turn on and by the time it did turn out it has the wrong date and time. Have no clue how that happened.

It might be time for a new one.

3 1/2 years.

I guess it doesn't help that a year or so ago I dropped it in the tub. I was able to get it to start working again. But sense then when the battery gets too low it starts going crazy.

I think I'm going to wait till this one is completely dead. Recently I think I've half decided if I do get a new one I might go with a Kindle.

Good plan I'm actually thinking of getting a Kindle too if anything ever happens to my Nook. Is there really a different between the two? I mean I think I've seen more people with Kindles but I never knew which was better or worse.

When I got mine it was right when the Nook tablet and Kindle Fire were coming out. And I did all kinds of research because I didn't know which one. From what I could tell the Nook was better. But the kindles are def more popular. My mom got the kindle fire for Christmas and I forget what was wrong with it but it was replaced like 2 different times.

If you are just going to use it for reading I think either one is fine. But if you are going to want to use some apps probably Kindle is the best way to go. Nook doesn't have a great app selection especially ones that are free.

Yeah. I use the email, the browser, tweetdeck (which I put on there) I've also got candy crush on there to play

Yeah I've noticed there's not a big app selection on my Nook Good to know the Kindle is different though. Thanks for your input guys
