In Cold Blood by Truman Capote

I swear, if no one on here knows who Truman Capote is, I'm going to be really pissed. Anyway, the book is about the 1959 murder of a family in Holcomb, Kansas. People say it's one of the best crime documentaries ever written, however, everyone I've talked to doesn't know what I'm talking about. Anyway, I read the book out of my own interest, and want someone to discuss it with.

I read that book a very long time ago.
I liked it a lot, specially because it was a true story. Capote did a great job, and it wasn't an easy one. Those were real people he was writing about.
I finnished reading it very quickly, in 2 days, I think. I couldn't put it down.

Actually today I took out Breakfast at Tiffany's from the library. I saw the movie and liked it. The novella is a lot similar to the movie so far.
My friend read In Cold Blood and really liked it and I plan on reading it sometime.

I haven't read it yet but I want to. I need to check and see if I have a copy or if I still need to buy one.

I read that book last week and I loved it a lot.
I saw the movie a long time ago and I don't remember if the end is the same. Was it?
I should watch the movie again...

In the movie Holly and "Fred" kiss in the rain while looking for the cat, and they end up together. I liked the book ending better. It was more mysterious. Did the book ever mention "Fred" real name? I know in the movie he said it.

Hey I read this book last year and loved it! I thought they dragged out the ending with the trail etc. a bit too long though, it got boring the last 60 pages I think. When he killed the daughter I almost cried lol the book was really great I agree.

That's what I thought. I had a vague impression that they ended up together, but I wasn't sure.
I prefer the book's ending. It's sad and misterious.

I can't remember if the book said Fred's real name. I thought that was his real name. I should look it up.
