I am excited about Season 3.

The only other thing I have seen it compared to is Outlander. But I never read that.

I like the The Winternight Trilogy
by Katherine Arden

The Birth of Venus by Sarah Dunant is historical fiction. Nothing supernatural.

I second the Katherine Arden book.

I have to think of books that may include supernatural elements but are more on the historical side.

I awoke to snow this morning but by the time I’d reached the Square it was almost gone - here is what remained on the lawns of the Radcliffe Camera as viewed through the gates of the Bodleian Library.

Couldn’t resist the Trinity College Japanese quince again against the blue railings and in the snow yesterday morning - the colour combination was very lovely.

A third and final image of flowers in the snow from yesterday morning - here the cherry blossoms with their matching hats of snow. Thankfully sunny blue skies have returned.

True. So much to sketch too.

Would you want to see an Oxford ghost?

Teresa posted this on her Instagram on December 17th, 2017.

"Ghostly" figure in the window and it's NOT a cast or crew member!

Well they were filming at an old location, and I believe ghosts/spirits exist, so I think they inadvertently caught something.

I think it is just a reflection.

I don't want to see any ghosts.
Just angels

I loved this beautiful keyhole surround on an old wooden door at Magdalen - it is somewhat reminiscent of the windows in the nearby cloisters.
