I met, got a photo with Abbi and Adam (who will be playing Cage in the movie) and ALL my books signed! Had to wait 6 hrs because her line was so huge, and so it got ticketed, but so worth it. She's so pretty.

Yeah. They were both so nice.
Since she was only going to be there one day, she was so nice in staying a few extra hours after the event, also on Friday night. Since I was working on Friday, I am glad I got there early on Saturday so got through the line mid afternoon, thank goodness. Especially since I had ALL her books  She is so gorgeous.So nice also. Adam also signed me a poster of While it lasts. I should have asked how is the progress going for the movie. |

What I love about these books is that, while its not the best fiction; they do have a knack of relaxing you when you're in a reading slump. I have had to read a couple lately to get back into reading genre fiction. Not to mention it just helps me almost caught up in her books. Well, finished one series (seabreeze has ended), and a couple off her other.

I find in general NA, or even contemporary novels are good for reading slumps.

Yes, they sure are. I think it's because they're such easy reads where you don't have to think too much, and can help relax you.

Has anyone read her newest book Until Friday Night? Is it any good? It's on my TBR list but I'm interested in hearing others thoughts on it. I haven't really had the best luck with Abbi's books

The thing with these stories. Yes, they aren't the best writing wise, but they're fluffy romances that helps when you're in a mood for it. |

I think the problem I've had with a lot of her books is that it seems as though the couples in her stories move way too fast. I feel like there's no build up to the first kiss, etc. It all happens too quickly for my liking
