Book Club selections will now have 9 months of the year with a chosen theme. The remaining 3 months will be open for any nominations like previous versions.

Guidelines

1. You can nominate two themes per month, the first listed being your preference. You are not required to nominate two.
2. When nominating a month for no theme please specify as so.
3. Please do not edit your post. If you'd like to make a change please PM me instead

* Some themes may be combined, but at this stage just note your preference and this can be decided by the group later on.

These ideas are wonderful! It would definitely spice up the thread.

In the romance thread, we have been doing a romantic book of the month. It's an interesting idea, however, we are all so busy, we haven't read the latest BOTM. Hopefully it'll pick up soon w/ holiday vacations. I was curious, perhaps you could list this information somewhere to spread the word more?

Mention the romance book club in the guide? That's certainly doable.

Otherwise, you could certainly ask the romance thread if they'd like a separate thread and start one.

I misinterpreted your original comment actually, and thought you meant we should spread this thread more. Anyway, I'd like thoughts on the general book clubs for 2012..
