Ted is like a much darker version of Peter,
so the fact Claire can heal and can't die would be a
big temptation for him to get to know her better.
He also isn't a bad guy, so he'd look after
and protect her if the need arises.
It wouldn't be just a morbid fascination with her,

... probably the first relationship to have a lot of hot morgue moments
and he will bring out a side of Claire that we probably never saw before
and if Claire ends up in a morgue again she will have Ted by her side.
Ted will make sure Claire never face darkness
and Claire will try to remove Ted from his darkness a win win situation
... the main reason I love them is cause they would be hot together
,it's another Halo couple and I think the relationship could never get boring.

I guess b/c a morgue is a place full of dead people. So I guess it kind of depends if Claire keeps on dying and Ted keeps rescurcting her or Claire could just visit Ted at work without dying
