| Moderator Support Team | all about the sighting is here We’ve been sitting in the ER room for over an hour when I notice someone walking out. I look up and see… Milo Ventimiglia. Yes, it was him. I was in shock and all I could do was smile. He smiled back and walked away. It seemed like only me and Daniel noticed him because everyone else in the ER had NO reaction. Jenny doesn’t watch Heroes and didn’t recognize him (I don’t watch it either, but I’ve seen the commercials and Gilmore Girls). Daniel and I are still talking about it when the door opens again. This time, Hayden Panettiere comes out (with some of her family).
