But you normally see it when they suffer. I mean the cancer was diagnosed over a year ago, but it was slow growing, so it was decided to have her go on living as long as she doesn't have to suffer. And she was happy and felt well until recently when she stopped eating and vomited all the time.

I'm currently watching The Gifted. That is basically a heroes reboot. About people with special abilites hunted by evil people. They even have the bennet family constellation. Their name is not bennet, but the family has the dad working for people who hunt mutants, whereas his (blonde) daughter discovers she also has powers lol. It's good. It will hopefully do better than heroes.

Ah. I wasn't sure if it was American or not.

Bryan Singer directed one of my favorite movies--The Usual Suspects. He also reportedly likes ahem....love interests who are likely a bit too young.
