I'm quite well at doing them, but I'm often too lazy lol. Plus the raw burgers you buy in the supermarket in germany are often crap. I could get fresh meat from the butcher, but then I' also have to press the burger.

Yes in germany too. But only pork not beef. You only get the minced meat for beef.
