I caught the tail end of NBC's "Who Do You Think You Are?" (in Chuck's timeslot) when I watched the last Grimm. If this is what people would rather watch than Chuck, then I weep for this world.

Of course, judging by the season premiere's ratings, not that many would rather watch it.

TV is changing so much ratings are crashing for most new shows it seems like one a year makes it.....eventually they will have to come up with a new way to judge ratings.

Anyone watch Smash? NBC's new "baby" they promoted so hard during the Super Bowl it better have done well in ratings tonight or thats a butt load of ad money down the drain. I watched it and thought it was pretty good....there's potential there and it has a good cast I just fear it cant really sustain.

I didn't watch it Just not my kind of show. They have promoted the crap out of it, but that seems to be the trend for new shows ow. IMO, they are over-promoting most new shows. That tends to turn me off on a lot of new shows.

Anyway, i watched Smash. I like it, so far, and I'll probably get some of the songs if they release on iTunes.

Yeah I tend to hate musicals...I just dont get why it makes sense to break out in song while taking out the trash or doing laundry. But I watched Smash because ive been a Kat McPhee fan since American Idol and was pleasantly surprised because all but one musical bit was done in a realistic way since the shows revolves around Broadway.

Plus maybe our boy Zac can team up with his buddy Kat and guest star sometime!

XD I didn't really like McPhee's voice in it... I liked Ivy/Megan Hilty better, but that was just my preference.

Anyway, I will keep giving it a shot :3 so far so good.

It has a damn good cast for a TV show and the pilot was actually really good. I hope NBC figures out a way not to run this into the ground too.

Not yet seen last night's, but I agree, it has been really good of late.

I like how it seems the writers took the feedback they had for the show and worked on it over the hiatus to significantly improve of the show. I think it is now my favorite new show this season.

IMO, it was starting to lose my interest until the CIA came after Reese and they brought Detective Carter into the operation. Those two events really seemed to rejuvenate it.
