I did a rewatch of Season one yesterday and i`m still struck by the great stuff we got in Chuck vs. The Undercover Lover. It was definitely the episode that gave us a better view of Casey, especially his romantic side with Ilsa. Adam delivered an excellent performance in it.

Watching that episode, you can understand why Casey`s the way he is, especially after he thought that Ilsa got killed in the car bombing. It was nice to see our favorite American badass getting a little romance. I would love to see Ilsa return next season. We need to see Casey get him some more romance again, especially since it`s been a while he got him some.

Yeah, we got to see a lot of his human/emotional side in that episode... definite would want Ilsa to return, but not sure what role she can play given that Casey also has Kathleen kinda.

Thanks for posting it here.

As for Ilsa, i could see her returning after completing her undercover duties and wanting to catch up with Casey, which could lead to something a little more. Of course there is Kathleen and Alex to contend with, which would make things complicated. Also i don`t think Casey has ever told Morgan about Ilsa. I`m sure he would give Casey props for scoring a hot babe like Ilsa, which would cause Casey to give him a smack upside his head.

Yeah. I can't quite decide whether I liked Casey/Ilsa more than Casey/Kathleen.
