I have a strong dance background. I danced from age five till 18, and that helps a lot. Doing a fight routine is like doing a dance routine.

Chuck that her middle name is LISA. We also learned her
nickname ANGEL HAIR, is her father’s pet name for her. Sarah
being very secretive the only knowledge of family is her father,

Working as a CIA Agent as a handler to CHUCK BARTOWSKI.
Sarah’s specialty is espionage. Sarah knows several languages; English,
Polish, Russian, German, Australian accent, and Swedish. She is skilled
in hand-to-hand combat and she has a very good shot from extensive
firearm training. She is also an expertise in the use of throwing knives.

Yvonne Strzechowski, was born on July 30, 1982, in Maroubra, Sydney,
New South Wales, Australia. Yvonne is of Polish descent. She’s 5' 9¼". She
learned how to speak English in school, where she was a straight A student.
She graduated from University of Western Sydney's Theatre Nepean, with a
Bachelor of Arts in Performance degree. Yvonne likes Italian foods, white
chocolate, and enjoys the drink Vodka Red Bul. She also had a nose ring for
five years and says that the hole is still visible from close-up. Yvonne is a
big fan of sci-fi and horror films. She loves Alien, Jurassic Park and Kill Bill.

Yvonne had sent in her audition tape for Chuck while she is in the United
States for two other auditions and waiting for word on them. She was
contacted the next day to run lines with Zachery Levi. A week later she
was informed she got the job. Six months later she had moved to the
United States and casted as the leading lady on Chuck two days later.
In March 2008, she was ranked number 24 in Wizard magazine’s Sexiest
Women of TV list.

Former Chuck star Yvonne Strahovski has booked a killer follow-up role.
The actress scored a multi-episode arc on season 7 of Dexter, playing a woman who helps Miami Metro Homicide solve some cold cases. But casting scoop warns: There’s more to Hanna McKay (Strahovski) than meets the eye, and Dexter (Michael C. Hall) is the first to suspect it.
This is the first post-Chuck television role for Strahovski,
Production on the new season of Dexter began last week and it returns Sept. 30.

Very cool. I may have to start watching that show now to get ready for her appearances. I wonder if she'll play a dark role? Would be interesting to see her play a baddie.

I'm very happy for her, she deserves all the success she can get, but the entire concept that Dexter is based on appeals so little to me that even the addition of Yvonne would not turn me into a viewer

dexter is one of my favourite shows. I was flagging when they killed of Julie Benz's character. but I've been loving this.season. and now I have even more.reason to be excited.
