Chuck won't stay solo for long, though S4 may start that way. For one, Sarah will have to find out before long, and I doubt she'll let him go solo for very long. Also, in the interview with Fedak below, he talks about them all going on missions together.

Ok, so that means Sarah will ditch the goverment and go on Team Chuck than? Nice. However, it will be fun seeing Chuck do solo missions even if for just an episode or two. Wonder when Morgan and Casey will find out? I'd love for Awesome to find. I love the guy in spy modeXD

The other possibility is that Sarah stays in the CIA to give him access to CIA intelligence, while also performing missions with him. Same with Casey (maybe).
