Leighton was asked about it in an interview dated 2004:

Q. Over the summer you filmed the movie Inside, what was that experience like for you?

A. The experience was unlike any other that I had, you know it is an independent movie, I was working with the director who was also the writer, which was very freeing. My character, he wrote the character to be very...she had a lot of different facets to her personality, her name is Josie. She's very, you know she kind of takes a lot of attention, she's got a lot of daddy issues, she's got a lot of things happening, mental things happening and she's just sort of all over the place. But, the most wonderful part about it was that, his name is Jeff Mahler and he was the director and the writer, he kind of just gave me full reign over my character. I could improv almost the entire thing, I got to improv a lot.

Wow, they made that quite awhile ago! Like two or three years. I wonder why they waited so long to let it out, did editing take that long?

But yay, I'm excited for this! It looks good, that preview was really good. I love thrillers. =]

I think it will be interesting to see the promotion, which I hope we see some of. I usually really love independent movies and a lot of the time it seems they have more heart and thought behind them than million dollar movies.

I love independent films too. I feel like they explore and challenge my psyche than the typical Hollywood movie.
