Fools Rush In

It's Rush Week at Cyprus Rhodes! Casey meets a difficult living situation after deciding to stay at CRU for law school. Living with Rusty and Dale proves too close for comfort, and so she reluctantly accepts the ZBZ temporary house mother position to ease her housing problems. But visit by Tegan (Charisma Carpenter) reveals that Casey's stay may not be short-lived. Meanwhile, the Kappa Taus suffer from declining members and must brave the uncharted territory of Rush Week to boost their numbers, leading them to discover an interesting pledge. Also, Dale attempts to win the best fraternity bids by leveraging his knowledge of the KT-OX truce. He wins the attention of the Omega Chis, but jeopardizes Calvin's position in the house.

Not excited for this episode at all, from the sounds of it, I won't enjoy it. Oh well, at least they got (what I hope to be the only) lame ep out of the way early.

Double posting to do a running commentary just because.

- Aw, Cartwright Kids fighting makes me all warm inside. Makes me wish we could get a flashback to when they lived at home! And Rusty is still looking hot.
- I loved Dale's replay and Casey's reaction and that whole reveal, awesome.
- LOL at the Dave Franco on Scrubs reference, I love you, show.
- I miss you in ZBZ, too, Case.
- Ugh, Natalie. "Is there a suggestion box I can fill with vomit?"
- Oh whatevs, Evan. After all the ish you've done, you can't forgive the guy that's always been there for you?
- CORDY! "Is Anna Faris in it?!" Idky that made me lol.
- Lol, I'm so sure, R&D. I see that happening.
- Aw, I kinda like Dale standing up for Calvin with Evan.
- Since when does Laura do nice?
- Oh yes, everything is about CC.
- I love Casey/Rebecca so much.
- Rusty's plaid shirt again!
- Dana looks hot. "... And Star Wars quotes."
- Nice, Dale. Ugh. I don't really agree with how they're painting Calvin in this, but whatevs.
- Aw, no Wade. Makes me kinda sad.
- I adore when Casey stands up for Rebecca and Rebecca looks all touched, it's my fav. Second only to when Rebecca is sincere with Casey <3
- If Dale's the one that tipped off Huck, wow, diaf. And I don't even care about the KTs, really.
- Seeing how Casey deals with being outside of ZBZ is one of the reasons I'm glad they did the time jump. Oh, Cordy <3
- ~Pledge Spidey looks cute.
- I demand a nice, good, genuine, meaningful hug between Rebecca and Casey by series end, JUST SAYING.
- Of course it was Dale. Ugh.
- Aw, I didn't think this episode was as bad as I'd heard. No Ashleigh, or Casey/Ash, or Rusty/Ash and little Casey/Rusty, but still good.

I honestly don't have many good things to say about this episode. It was just kind of meh for me.

I loved Case/Rus fighting over the cereal and him taunting her. <3 And Casey/Evan were pretty adorbs.

ETA: That Cappie line about the suggestion box got a chuckle out of me.

^ There were two C/C scenes, I believe, and a lot of Cappie/Rusty interaction.

I was a bit dissappointed, it was a very slow episode with not much happening.
Other than Dale turns out to be an ass. I mean he always was, but now even more.

It seemed like a set up episode to me, setting up the Dale Is Evil storyline, the KTs needing money, Casey as house mom, Calvin getting the OX trust back ...

- Loved the Casey/Rusty scene, him saying he loves her, them fighting about the cereals, him saying mom loves him more, they never dissapoint
- LOL at Dale making Casey realize what Dana/Rusty were doing
- Sucks that Calvin isn't the president anymore, Trip is bas. Evan ala s1/s2, so BOO
- Also boo at Dale for ruining the KT party, douche move dude
- Rusty totally screwing up the Wade move
- Cute awkward CC scene, I'm glad she told him to do for himself not her/them
- Loved the Casey/Becca scenes, but Ash were missed
- Missed Betsy
- YAY for Laura

Not bad episode.

Tegan cracks me up and I'm glad Casey stood up to her and defended Rebecca.
I'm also glad she took the House Mother job!

I miss Ash

Cappie is really trying this change thing one step at the time, he started with KT's rush and where will it end?

Oh Dale, I used to love you but now you just annoy the hell out of me. Why on earth did you set up your own bff? And why in the world would you rush for the OX when you know how those guys are?!

Heath's sis is cool, she's totally ZBZs material!

I'm glad Evan forgave Calvin.
