I agree with everyone, I am disappointed in Evan but not surprised at all. The only thing that I liked about him in this episode, is when he went to talk to Cappie. He tried to explain his side, but I am so glad that Cappie stood his ground, and took the KTs side and didn't just accept Evans side and let Evan know that it wasn't right. Cappie looked so sad when he said that he lost four of his best friends. I was almost waiting for Casey to tell him he lost five, because at one point him and Evan were best friends, and they were on their way to becoming really good friends again. Cappie was starting to trust him, and he would never do to Evan what Evan did to him. It was just sad to see Cappie lose his friends, and Evan all in the same night.

You know I was kind of confused on the whole 4 best friends comment. I really think that he did include Evan in the 4. I think he meant he had lost Wade, Jeremy, Ferret and Evan. He already knew that Heath was leaving so I'm not sure if he was one of the ones that he mentioned. Just my thoughts though, what do you guys think?

I feel like he wasn't including Evan in that, but I do think Evan is the one that hits him the hardest. He really feels betrayed by what Evan did but my point was similar to you guys’s, which is that it was a jerk move to make but it wasn’t surprising and it wasn’t hard to decipher. He doesn’t want to be alone so he’d rather have the support of the Omega Chis who don’t really like him than side with Cappie who is ultimately going to have Casey around all the time and just hurt him.

I think two scenes stand out to me in terms of acting.

The Scott and Jake confrontation scene is nicely done by the both of them.

The ending cuddling Scott and Spencer scene is also terrific with both of them displaying a nice range of emotions.

I too enjoyed both of the scenes. I loved the raw honesty Jake McDorman had as he delivered Evan's last line. It really struck me as real and coming from the heart, and it made me understand his motivations a little more. His house really is the only thing he has, and even then he doesn't really have them. He wants to gain control of his house the best way he can, and he thought that was by going with the crowd and agreeing to bail on the KTs.

I believe that Cappie was talking about Evan, Wade, Jeremy and Ferret when he said that he "lost four of his best friends tonight." I do think that losing Evan's friendship hit him the hardest, because he really believed that they could work things out. And Scott delivered that line perfectly, by the way.

It was Cappie's idea, along with Evan, but he is the one that talked his brothers into going along with the prank and as president of KT and a loyal brother, I'm just saying, I don't like the way we're led to believe it went down.
I've been in situations like that, not with cops but pulling a prank and someone comes out and people there get busted. Everyone runs and its pretty much everyone for themselves. Everyone knows what they are getting into, there's a chance they can get in trouble, so its understood if something happens everyone runs, if you get caught you don't "tattle," you take the punishment.

I'm sure we'll get more on this storyline in the Jan 25th return episode.

I feel like Cappie was including Evan in the four best friends that he'd lost as well. Heath was the only one leaving under normal circumstances. The three guys were expelled and as a result of the whole situation, he lost Evan, too.

I'd have to agree with you on the two stand-out scenes as far as acting, Jules. Though, I thought Jacob handled the scene in which he decides to let Dale win really, really well, too.

Yeah, Jacob was so good in that scene too.

I guess I just meant the "angst/emotional" type of scenes that stood out.

The acting on this show is really good in general. I love when the actors are put in situations where they can show off their talents.

Yeah, especially with frat guys, I'm sure they know about this code. I think it's a combination of this and Cappie just being so stunned. I may have to re-watch but I don't remember him running away. I just remember him standing there saying "oh my God" or something like that. But you never know, maybe Cappie is going to come forward and confess. If he does, I think it would coincide with Casey and the ZBZs confessing as well.

Now that Cappie is in a relationship with Casey, it makes sense that Evan would want to distance himself from them (even though we all know that Cappie has his best interest at heart). He doesn't want to be the third wheel and he knows that C/C will put eachother first (as they should) so he can no longer rely on them completely. The only constant he's really had is Calvin and, even then, Calvin has Grant and a life of his own. It makes sense that he'd act the way he did and why he'd go to Rebecca. She's really the only one (aside from Calvin) who can be there for him in the way he needs right now.
i competely agree with this (i just posted the same thing in the evan/reb thread).
I'm not angry with evan i'm sorry for him. I'm sure he will be back on his senses when he realices that he doesn't need the brothers to feel he belong. His brothers are competely jerks and i think he knows! I hope he didnt realices too late because theres no way cappie can easily forgive what he've done.
I felt really bad for him when in the las scene with Cappie when he said I had nothing left but the house and Cappie enphatizes that (bc he lost him). I hope he has sincere feelings for Rebecca and dont her hurt because he is just looking for confort.
I think cappie was refering to Evan, it never crossed my mind that he was refering to Keith.

Does anyone know what the hell happened to Ben Bennett? It's like he suddenly vanished and he's never mentioned anymore. I liked him.

This was a pretty good ep. but didn't really feel like a finale.

Awesome to hear Jeremy finally speak before he left.

I really liked the Evan/Rebecca scene at the end. It just seemed genuine and I like seeing Bex be the strong one for a change offering to help & be there for someone else. It's sweet, I think.

Props to Rusty for letting Dale win. Anyone notice the comparison between Rusty/Dale and Cappie/Evan? Calvin told Rusty how he has the frat and etc. but all Dale has was this...hence why Rusty let him win. Kinda compared to Evan only having his house left while Cappie now has a girlfriend, friends, etc.

Sad to see the end of Evan/Cappie though. They were a favorite of mine.

wonder if Spencer has any background in dance.
SG was in ballet for ten years, and did hip-hop, jazz. Her mother was a Broadway dancer and then opened up her own studio.

I really liked this season finale. I would never have thought they would have more ideas, but they do to stretch out this series!

Some members have gone MIA. Remember the tall black actress who rushed with Becca? She was the one who ordered her to eat slop in that hell week episode. Did some IKIs not return to ZBZ?

And laura killed me "good they didn't leave any single light on, since we are paying there electric bill"
I really love the grow of the backgroud characters this season in general and no wade next chapter will be a great loose...

Also Casey really stand out this chapter! i love her! and i love that she and rebecca hug after the dance... i totally love this two! (too much love)
And cappie... he is just amazing...
