If things hadn't worked out for Savannah/Dan, I probably could have been open to Savannah/Keith.

I would have hated it if she'd only been part of a triangle, instead of finding happiness somewhere else. I know the CW loves triangles, but me... not so much.

Yeah, totally! She wasn't deserving of being the "odd man out" in the triangle. Of course, I don't think anything Marti/Dan had was more than just physical, but if they were gonna go back to them, I would have rather Savannah move on and be happy with someone else, as much as I would have wanted her and Dan to end up together in the end.

I agree!

I really love Savannah and Dan, I think that much is obvious, but I think Savannah is far too great to just be used as a plot device for the Dan/Marti storyline. She deserves better than that.

Not even close, I think. All they had was history, nostalgia. Their make-out session was completely random. But it showed us which direction the writers wanted to go in, because they basically forced them on us, without build-up, without chemistry. And sadly, they would've probably continued down that route in season 2.

Ohmigosh! That's exactly what I'm dealing with on "Dallas" now!

Unfortunately for me, there is going to be a Season 2, so I have to endure this couple for IDK how long.

Not at all.

MD were too disturbing and awkward, while DS had more depth and emotion and I could def see them being more long term in the long run.

I'm gonna rewatch Hellcats today!

And yes, Savannah made Dan want to be a better person. And Dan was really the only one who could make Savannah loosen up a little.

And even though they influenced each other, they both stayed true to theirselves, and they both accepted each other for who they were.
