Actually, no. You don't need approval or anything. You just need to post in appropriate threads and not start new ones

BrendaSaysHi is exactly correct. You can post on any forum, and on any threads, but please check the board guide to make sure that any thread you might start doesn't already exist. I'm closing this now but feel free to contact me via PM with any questions
