Announcement! HSM3 Spoiler Guidelines

Hello everyone

With our Wildcats all getting their contracts signed to do the third and final (

) installment of High School Musical, the 7 mods; Kath (Falling~star), Jill (BrendaSaysHi), Jule (~Jewel~), Nessa (V-Nessa), Holden (LessThanPerfect), Adie (othfan628) and I, have decided to bring back the spoiler thead. So, even though nothing is pouring in just yet, we thought we would give you a heads up on how to handle and where to post and discuss Spoilers and Speculations.

As a reminder, Fan Forum's spoiler rule says:

9) No spoilers about any new or current television shows are allowed on the television show message boards, and they should only be posted on the Spoilers board. Information is considered to be a spoiler if its details something that has not yet been broadcast anywhere in the world. Promos that have already aired are not considered spoilers. Do not post any unauthorized direct script excerpts on the Spoilers board.

Since these are not television show boards, the whole of it does not apply. But, pay attention to the bolded line. This does apply and we six mods have set down some rules:

All artwork should be in the Spoiler Thread
Excluding Promotional Images that have been released. This means all stills, images and pictures from the movie itself. If you are unsure of your own icon, PM one of us and we'll tell you yay or nay on the avatar. Also, if we ask you to take your avatar down because of spoilery images, don't argue. Respect the decision that the moderators have made and kindly change it.
All Trailer discussions are to remain in the Spec & Spoiler Threads . CORRECTION: Trailer discussions will not be permitted outside that thread until the official trailer has premiered ON the Disney Channel.
Any Speculation should also be kept inside the Spoiler Thread. This means if you think that Sharpay will get Troy to sing with her while on a tree swing and Gabriella will see it and Ryan will be in on the scheme, then it belongs in the Spoiler Thread.

also has spoiler tags. You can use them in the other threads, however we ask that you don't. Please go to the Spoiler and Spec Thread.

awesome a spoiler thread already I can't wait to start reading about this movie. I'm glad they are all coming back to HSM3 well i hope al of them are

lamon, due to the popularity of this movie, we have been permitted to discuss spoilers, currently merely speculations, but only in that thread
