Celebrity Sightings: American Idol Winner David Cook June 2nd, 2008 David Cook came to NY on a promotional tour after his win on American Idol. He wanted to come in and try his idol, Justin Timberlake’s world famous restaurant. He feasted on Dr.BBQ’s memphis style ribs with fried pickles as an appetizer. It was his first time trying them, and he said he could easily become addicted..he stayed for a few hours and was courteous to all who approached him.
