Michael and Dwight go undercover to do a bit of industrial espionage on a paper company competitor.
Meanwhile, the rest of the office holds a debate to settle the question: is Hilary Swank hot?

I really liked this episode. It felt more like an episode of "The Office" instead of "The Office Workers and their Uncomfortable Love Lives." Michael actually did his job, as requested and didn't screw it up. He did have a crisis, but he held it together until they got back to the office.

The debate with the whole office was great too. I was a little surprised that Jim wanted everyone to go back to work at first, but I guess he's finally getting into that manager role. I also think it would have been interesting if Jim and Pam had been on different sides of the debate, but that's a really minor quibble.

Kevin was on fire in this episode. That scene with Jim and Kevin, where Jim is quietly seducing Kevin as Hilary Swank - OMIGOSH! Best. Scene. EVER!

It was a really great episode to let the problems from the rest of the season breathe and just be a little more "slice of office life" than the show has been recently.

Jen, I totally agree with everything you said. plus i loved the opener. Nice to see Jim back to playing pranks on Dwight. His "I'm too busy" picking up the phone and then when Dwight looked away, putting it down again.

My main reason for enjoying the episode so much. It just felt like a regular day in the office and this is exactly why it was so funny.

I don't think Hilary Swank is hot, but with Jim whispering like that I'd be convinced

That scene with Kevin was awesome!

Karen, loved the prank too. To think how far Jim goes to mess up with Dwight...

Kelly's breakdown was also very funny.

I agree with the general consensus that this was a welcome return to The Office we all love.

I just kind of wish that in the final scene Dwight stuck his head back out of Micheal's office and ruled 'Not' to the question of Hilary's hotness and left everyone back where they started. Then Madge could reappear to make the deciding vote.

Dwight disagreeing with Michael in the end would have been a hilarious ending. They finally won but no they didn't.

Cris, I forgot about Kelly's breakdown. That was funny.

Do we know if Ryan is due back anytime soon. I suddenly just realised he was missing.

In one of the SAG red-carpets interviews, BJ mentioned that Ryan is returning. As to when, not sure.

Yeah but he did that before and she ended up taking him back. Hopefully he knows better now and won't go down that road again, but we'll see...

I'm with you all, I really enjoyed this episode. It felt a lot like the old Office was back, and that made me so happy.
