Since Scranton has been so successful, Michael gets sent around to the other branches to explain how. Meanwhile, Dwight and Jim,
the new heads of the party planning committee, forget a birthday and have to deal with the fallout.
After the end of his engagement, Andy falls for someone new.

I'm not that excited about Karen being back, but I'm curious to see her interaction with Pam. Michael's comment is so inappropriate, but what's new?

I'm wondering about Andy. Who will be the one?

Really enjoyed the episode although methinks the Karen pregnancy storyline may reappear. Just MHO.
And I loved Dwight and Jim working together.

I was kinda confused by the premise of this episode. Why would David Wallace send Michael on a lecture tour of the other branches? He had Michael up to NYC in "The Duel" (like two episodes ago) and knew that he had nothing to say about why his branch is doing so well. Just seems like a flimsy excuse to get Michael out of the office.

That said, the results were MUCH more hilarious than "The Duel," IMO. Loved Pam and Karen meeting up, even if they both were having a hard time with it (totally understandable!). Michael was the usual, but didn't annoy me as much as he can.

I really loved Jim and Dwight as head of the PPC - why had no one thought of this before?! Dwight's idea of the party decorations was fantastic. I may have to steal his birthday banner for my work

When they did the talking head together, I might have slipped a squee out loud, not only in my head. Seriously

Both of them complaining about being in the party planning committee was so funny.

Dwight's ideas for party decorations... the half blown-up balloons (matching with the carpet) and the banner made me laugh so hard. And the fact he called Kelly an imbecile...

Jenn, I was also surprised when David Wallace let Michael lecture the other branches, cause he knows Michael. But it provided some good laughs. I like when Michael and Pam share more screentime together. When she threw the candies was so funny.

Pam and Karen was awkward, but I was expecting that. Guess we had closure on this subject after all...

I loved that Pam decided to take Michael to Nashua. I do hope we get to see Holly again.

Oh... what about Creed's three-dolar bill?

I totally forgot about the three dollar bill Cris, that was hilarious! I also really loved Pam throwing the mounds out in the crowd during the lecture. Hilarious.
