He always has this stalker vibe when he's around Jim's desk

I remembered now about E-mail Surveillance, when Stanley coffed and Michael asked Jim if he was saying something. He was so desperate to be invited to the barbecue...and Jim was so frustrated because he showed up even if he hasn't had an invitation

Well, at the end Jim showed how great he was and sang with him, making Pam melt
