| I really hope we get to see Jim's journey this year, since it was so abbreviated last season. As we've discussed in the past, they can't really do anything with him that would take Jim out of the office because we know that the chemistry of the cast suffers when John's not there. But I'd love to see him either really get good at his job or at least talk to Pam about other options which would line up with their personal plans.
