Well, our boy has had a lot happen over the course of the last few episodes and the finale was pretty huge for him. So what happens next?

I see all the Jim aspects of the finale carried to the next season. I see him caring more about his job, yet still having fun when he can. Oh, and lots of good Jam stuff.

I was talking with my friend and we were think since Ryan's in jail, that Jim is going to end up getting the job. Well, at least maybe. Just a thought.

Well we don't know what's going to happen to Ryan for sure. But, I would assume that position will be up for grabs. I was thinking Jim might get it but now I'm not so sure.

If Jim wnats to stick with DM which he has indicated then I hope we see him taking things more seriously and getting more experience, etc.

I liked more assertive Jim. I hope that continues.

i do not want him to get the job...everyone assumes that he was a lock just because of how he got along with wallace but i never bought it

I don't really want him to get the job either, but if he did ever get the job, he'd be in New York with Pam.

I hope he doesn't get the job, not yet at least. I think Jim needs to really care about his job, enough to make him want to succeed. So I'd be totally okay with the fact he's staying a little bit more in Scranton to see if this is what he wants.

I don't think he will get the job...it would remove him from the office too much.

I don't want to see him less in less in the show.

I wouldn't be able to handle it at all. That's why I think he shouldn't get the job now that I think about it.

I don't want him to get the job if it means he will have less screen time. That is just unacceptable.

Yeah, it was bad enough he had less screen time in half of season three, and I don't want to see that again!

Now that Ryan will be kind of out of picture, I'm not sure how they are going to deal with Jim and his new effort on work. I hope this doesn't stop, cause I enjoyed seeing Jim working hard.
