I feel to answer that question I will have to rewatch every episode. Off the top of my head most of my favourite moments tend to revolve around Jim and Pam moments.

I love the moment in Booze Cruise when Jim tells Michael how he felt about Pam.

The other day I rewatched Local Ad, and Jim had little but meaningful scenes with Dwight, exploring his Second Life life, with Pam, being proud of her Dunder Mifflin design, and with Michael, playing the dvd of his ad in the bar.

Oh, it's hard to pick a fave. I love his expression after the kiss in Dundies, the moment from Booze Cruise, the silence in Drug Testing (John is so good with his expressions, being funny or not), all his moments in The Secret with Michael, that tear in Casino Night... and many more.

In Local Ad he had great moments
