Jim & David Wallace Appreciation - They're basketball buddies!

Welcome to the 1st

Jim Halpert & David Wallace

Appreciation thread!

Lame title I know - I'm definitely open to suggestions!

After watching 'The Deposition,' I knew we needed a David Wallace thread. Even though David didn't interact with Jim in that episode, he was great with him in 'Cocktails' and of course, 'The Job.'

So let's all share the David Wallace !

Thanks Jory! I think it's only fitting we have a Jim/David Wallace thread because we really have him to thank for finally getting Jim and Pam together. If he hadn't asked that pivotal question - "So, long haul - where do you see yourself in ten years?" - just as Jim was finding Pam's note, who knows how long it might have taken for them to get together?!

I do wonder what Jim might have said to David to end the interview and whether we'll see David calling about another job at Corporate.

I wonder the same thing as well. I mean, we never got to see what he said to David about leaving.

Good point. It would definitely be interesting to hear how he ended that interview.

I also wonder how David views Ryan's performance as the 2nd choice (I assume Jim was the first choice for the job?) and whether he wishes he could convince Jim to come to Corporate.

It's just one of those things that pops into my head when I don't have any work to do.
