We've just got rain here, but our phones are out. They've been out since I got to work

I thought we got them back, but when I tried to make a phone call, it wouldn't let me hang up.

So I've just left like a 12 minute voice mail of nothing with no end in sight!

Jory, eek! I don't know which is worse!

We did finally get the phones back about an hour before I went home which meant I had to scramble to get stuff finished for tomorrow instead of sneaking out early.

Oh no, that sounds like it was horrible! I went to the store earlier and realized that the roads were perfectly fine, and that we could have went to class in the first place. I was so bummed.

It's been pouring rain here for the last 24 hours

I have to go out shopping and other stuff this afternoon and I'm SO not looking forward to it. I'm definitely ready for REAL spring now!

It finally stopped raining around 6pm, but the wind has really picked up and I'm afraid the power may go out at any moment!

I ended up with no date tonight, but I took myself out on a date nonetheless. I went to see "Miss Pettigrew Lives For A Day," had dinner and then went to see "Definitely, Maybe." Now I'm home and knitting while waiting for Amy on SNL. No boys or kissing, but it's been a pretty good night after all.
