The promo was really funny - but I'm most excited about Karen coming back. I'm really interested to see what Pam's reaction is going to be.

I'm most excited about Karen too............as well as Pam's reaction and Jim's reaction.

I cannot wait for this episode, and I can't believe that Karen is coming back! It's going to be great to see the reactions on both Jim's and Pam's faces! I'M SO EXCITED!

You'd think they'd be promoting the hell out of Karen's return!

I didn't notice the lack of promo pics.

I did see the promo vid and it actually made me laugh more than once. I can't wait!

And I'm so glad Mindy is kicking off sweeps.

I think I need to re-watch the episode, but tonight wasn't my favorite. I'll elaborate more later.

(There are things that I loved, though, like the sweetness of Michael's attempts.)

Sorry Jim but that was awesome. Jim's reaction was spot on to them not going on a sales call but actually going to Utica. Wow, Jim was really upset........not that I blame him. Michael and Dwight were so pleased with themselves for tricking him. Throwing his phone out the window.

They went back to get it for him though. That's good. I can't believe what Michael/Dwight had planned.

Loved them in their "disguises".

I liked Michael's statement to Karen about not harming a hair on Stanley's head.

Jim/Karen: Super awkward. But, it felt realistic to me. Karen was in love with him. Jim broke her heart. He said what he had to say at the fountain in NYC and that was that. She hasn't heard from him since. Now they see each other for the first time since the breakup and Jim just has no clue what to say or do. I don't blame Karen for still being hurt/upset about the breakup or maybe even wishing that Jim had wanted to call her or see her. It had to have hurt since that wasn't the case. Being there with her was the last place he wanted to be and then hearing no apology or anything.........just hearing him say again that he's happy and still with Pam, etc. I'm not going to lie.......I was hoping for a bit more communication between these two but I think they played it the most realistic way considering everything.

And can I just say how awesome Karen is? Loved that she went and confronted Jim head on when he was hiding in the car. I would have been like Jim and trying to hide.

Awww Michael practically being in tears over Stanley and "letting him go".

Stanley

Man do I love him. "I wasn't really planning on leaving. I just wanted a raise. How in earth did Michael call my bluff? Is he some kind of secret genius? Sometimes I say crazy things"

Pam letting Jim in the Finer things Club was sweet. Though I kind of liked that he wasn't in it. Andy's reaction.

And you know Toby was so mad on the inside!

Jim so didn't read the book!

Gotta love Toby calling him on it.
