Not until he got a Starbucks gift card did he realize that his efforts to get everyone to help him oust Jim would be ruined. Like anyone would have helped him anyways. Oh Dwight.

I think it's just too funny that Dwight thinks that even if he gets Jim fired, he'd get the job.

He has this funny notion that Jim stole his job, when really Dwight had no idea there was a job, the job was Jim's idea and Jim was already in a higher position then he was from season 3!

To Dwight, any higher position belongs to him and not to Jim, period. It doesn't matter if it existed or not.

I also don't know why Dwight thought any of his co-workers would help him out in his crusade.
