So I finally watched the whole episode of "Windows Dressed to Kill" and have to say that I wonder if they were going to explore Ned/Olive if the series were going on longer? I thought Ned was out of character with the last scene. He had never shown any confused romantic feelings towards Olive before..except for the "I would never say never"

I guess I would like it more if we saw more development of Ned's confusion...it felt kind of out of nowhere to me

Maybe like a growing realization that he could possibly have with Olive what he never could with Chuck even if she isn't his soulmate like Chuck is. That would go beyond the typical romantic triangle.

Somewhere Bryan said that in the back nine they were gonna strengthen N/C's relationship after all the tests they'd put them through, so I don't really think that they were going to go there with Ned and Olive. I'm sure the article is somewhere in the news thread...

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought that. Typical Ned, IMO, would have been happy for Olive especially since he knows her feelings for him. But I understand that they had to rush that arc.

I always thought they were going to make it more of a triangle but S1 and most of S2 Ned was not conflicted at all about who he loved.

I agree with the Ned and Olive thing! it is real that he would consider a physical relationship but loves no one but Chuck.

Even though it was a fairy tale, I thought the relationship was portrayed with realism too
