Pushing Daisies - The Transcript Project - Give us a hand, get pie!

As instigated in the rewatch thread, moving this to a proper discussion space...

As discussed there, transcripts for Pushing Daisies exist, but only the first 8 episodes have been found. That leaves Corpsicle and all of season 2 unattended.

That's where we need your help!

If you can do a transcript, come claim 1 (at a time

). You guys can perhaps pair up if you feel you can't do one on your own. And always know you can come here for assistance if you're not sure on a line or something like that...

If possible, keep us updated on your progress, on anything that might come to slow you down, and if at any time you feel you can't carry through, let us know so the episode can be opened to someone (finishing from what you have already if possible)

Yay!

I can help with the dialogues in Corpsicle, but not with describing the scenes and actions so much. That unnerves me a little

For later: This place has some S2 subtitles in English. You can read them directly from the web, just click on an episode and then on "ver y editar". Or you can download them and use a program like "SubtitleEdit" to view them. We'd just have to check for mistakes and add the descriptions.

I can do the dialogue for Corpsicle if no one else can/will but someone else would need to do descriptions.

Yeah, definitely need someone to do those. The dialogue I think I can handle myself, but descriptions... that's beyond what I can do

And if the end of July comes and there are any S2 episodes not done, I could do the dialogue for those if, once again, someone else does descriptions

What kind of descriptions are you guys talking about?

Basically describing what's happening between/during dialogue, I think

The non-dialogue bits that describe what's going on or what a character is doing. Like here.

I also think that when a person is doing the transcripts, s/he should post unfinished versions of it or parts of it, so other people can chip in and correct any mistakes, what do you think?

Maybe we should just start with the dialogue, and then after it's done we can all contribute to the descriptions?
