| The cheese isn't fried. It melts within the pie when being cooked in the oven - lovely and stringy! Cheese pie is usually made with another ingredient e.g. onions, potatoes, egg etc. Not much on it's own. We famously eat cheese and onion pies here in England - they're SO good!
