^I think it was

Sanna, I can't wait for more PD so we can see more about this storyline... I'm way too curious.

And yeah, he can balance the drama and the comedy so well. That scene with him and Ned at ther car was amazing!

We learned about Emerson's past! I'm very interested in learning about Emerson's daughter and why he doesn't speak of her. Chi knocked that scene right out of the ballpark, didn't he? We saw another side of Emerson, a very personal and quiet side. I certainly wouldn't be opposed to seeing him show his emotions more often. Although, I love his sarcastic remarks, as well. hehe.

But wow ... a daughter! I'm very curious about his past now. The writers could take this in so many different ways. Either way they go, I bet we'll continue to learn more and more about Emerson. It'll be really wonderful.

Yeah! I was so shocked to see him talking about anything related to him and when he started to get serious... Wow. He was just so wonderful in that scene.

I'm so curious as to know why he don't speak to his daughter... is she still around? What about her mom? Who's her mom and why he's not with her? So many questions!!

So many questions indeed! It shall leave us speculating. hee.

The relationship between a father and his daughter is tenuous. It's very fragile. It could take a life time to sort out all the issues there. And what you think? You can just all "happily ever after" after just one minute? Man, you a dreamer.
From what Emerson said, I kind of got the impression that maybe he did something and that's why she isn't in his life? Or at the very least, something happened between him and his daughter's mother, and that's why he doesn't see his daughter anymore. Either way, it is very sad that he doesn't get to see his daughter. It's just one more mystery we learn about Emerson. His character has so many different layers, doesn't he? It's awesome.

I kinda figured it was something around that too... by the way he says that and his facial expressions... something must've happened in order to strain his realtionship with his daughter..

^ The thing is, I can't really imagine Emerson doing anything bad. I mean, he sometimes has his moments where he just wants to get his hands on the money. But deep down, I feel as though there really is a lot to Emerson. I can't see him deliberately leaving his daughter or something to that extent. I'm certainly curious as to what happened though. They left it really open ended.

I hope his daughter is nothing like any one would expect , so it would be a shock when we find out who she is.

^ What do you mean, like personality wise? Like she is completely opposite of how Emerson ever acts? That would be pretty interesting to watch.

Yeah... I think so too, specially with the way he as saying those things it showed that he missed her and everything... I can't imagine emerson being a bad guy. No way...

I think his daughter's gonna be someone completely different from him too

Yes. I was thinking maybe they would introduce two possible daughters and we would think it was one and it was really the other or his daughter would interact with other people and then we would find out she is a Cod.

I love this Emerson video .

^ Oh that'd be an interesting idea, Maria! Throwing us off-course and then finally realizing who Emerson's daughter is. Oh I really like that idea. I'm so excited to learn all Emerson's past. Every time we learn something new, I'm even more intrigued.

I love all of his quirks and I can't wait to see what new things we learn when the show comes back.

His quirks are definitely what makes his character so interesting. Very entertaining.

Quote:
Emerson: How’s he look?
Ned: Fine, but my threshold’s pretty high so you have to take what I say with a grain of salt.
Emerson: That ain’t a grain of salt. That’s one of those blocks they give cows to lick.
Ned: He can’t help how he is.
Emerson: That doesn’t make it any less traumatic.
Ned: For who?
Emerson: Me. And, I’m sure him, but mainly me. I’m gonna wait outside.
^ I love how he adds in, "but mainly me." Too, too funny.
